Points are not earned on the following:

•Cancelled or refunded orders

•Orders that are not fully paid

•Shipping and handling charges

•Any and all applicable taxes

• Discounts or account credit

EBC Reward Points may be applied like cash to any future online order. Once you have a balance of 100 points or more, you will see the option to redeem points in the payment method area. The balance (which must be paid in full) and the monetary equivalent of this balance will be displayed. Redeemable reward points may be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards, and more. If the value of your points is higher than the cost of your order, that order will be FREE, and any unused points will remain in your EBC account for a future online order.

 

Example 1:

You have $20.00 in points and your order is $35.00. Once you apply your points, the remaining balance will be $15.00 which may be paid with a a credit card.

 

Example 2:

You have $50.00 in points and your order is $45. Your order will be free, plus you will have $5.00 in points left in your EBC account that may be used towards any future online order.
